A literally underground network founded by Mr. Everdeen. The Oppostion Against the Capitol opposes to the Hunger Games and the human sacrificing. Mr. Everdeen hated the Hunger Games and the Capitol, that is why he would set up and opposition against the Capitol. He wanted to fight for a happy and loving district where human sacrifices no longer would play a role and no families had to lost their children. Weekly there were meetings at a secret room in an old oak. When Mr. Everdeen died, the OAC remained to exist. Now Katniss wants to find out what
